- One teacher for your child alone. It is not a class with other students. The whole lesson is theirs.
- Slots in your own time zone. Each teacher publishes their own hours, converted to your local time.
- The same subject and curriculum. Whatever their school follows, with the book they use in class.
- Free rescheduling with notice. Up to 24 hours before the lesson, with nothing deducted.

Questions about this track
How long is a lesson?
Fifty-five minutes inside a booked slot of sixty. The remaining five minutes are a deliberate gap between lessons.
What if the teacher is not right for my child?
We suggest another teacher, and whatever you have not used from the pack is refunded to the same payment method.
What if the teacher does not attend?
The lesson is not counted against you. You are offered an alternative slot or teacher first, and if neither suits you the lesson is refunded to your original payment method. The choice is yours.
How long does the teacher wait?
Fifteen minutes from the start of the slot. After that, the lesson is counted as used.
