What matters to a parent

Four fixed rules

The same figure through to paymentThe price you see when booking is the price you pay. No new figure at the last step.
Free reschedulingWith 24 hours’ notice before the lesson. After that, the lesson counts as used.
Refunds, not creditTo the same payment method, with no administrative deduction and no credit system.
No automatic renewalA pack ends when its lessons end. Nothing renews on its own.

Questions every parent asks

Which currency am I charged in?
Your own currency as shown on the page. Settlement is in pound sterling, and your bank may apply a conversion fee that appears on your statement, not on our invoice.
What if the teacher is not right for my child?
We suggest another teacher, and whatever you have not used from the pack is refunded to the same payment method.
What happens if the teacher does not attend?
You are offered an alternative lesson first, or a full refund for that lesson. The choice is yours.
How long does the teacher wait?
15 minutes from the start of the slot. After that, the lesson is counted as used.
When does the refund reach me?
We issue the refund within 14 days of your request, and your bank may take up to 10 further working days to show it in your account.
